Nermeen Latif is a seasoned senior manager with over 20 years in project delivery. Her expertise spans assurance reviews, PMO establishment, and project controls delivery. Nermeen has conducted numerous assurance reviews on process maturity, schedule assurance, and programme gateway reviews. She has designed and set up PMOs tailored to clients’ organizational maturity and applied her project controls experience to ensure effective decisions.
Nermeen has also revamped governance, project management, and controls processes, and developed strategic plans and what-if models for board-level decision-making. Her key strength is communication, adept at influencing stakeholders and resolving conflicts to achieve project outcomes.
